These terms are an agreement between you and JV Dietbox (trading as Lora), registered in the United Kingdom. By using Lora you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the service. Questions: support@lora.app.

What Lora is

Lora is a personal nutrition-care service: a plan, diary, progress tools and an optional AI coach that support care between visits with your dietitian. Lora is not a medical device, emergency service, diagnosis or prescription. Medication and treatment decisions stay with you and your qualified clinician. In an emergency in the UK, call 999.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your sign-in email or Apple/Google account secure.
• Use Lora only for your own care. Do not create an account for someone else without a lawful basis to do so.
• You can export your data or permanently delete your account from the app at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer systems beyond ordinary personal use; no uploading of unlawful content; no using the AI coach to seek or provide clinical advice that belongs with a clinician. We may suspend or close accounts that put patients, clinicians or the service at risk.

AI coach

The coach is labelled as AI. It can make mistakes. It must not diagnose, prescribe or advise on medication doses. If a suggestion conflicts with clinical advice, follow your clinician and tell the care team.

Lora Pro subscriptions

Core nutrition tools (plan, diary, progress and Apple Health) are available without a subscription. Lora Pro unlocks the AI coach and medication/dose support, sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple:

• Product identifiers: me.lora.app.pro.monthly and me.lora.app.pro.annual.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in Apple Account → Subscriptions (or the Manage Subscription control in the app). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Prices shown in the App Store are the authoritative localised prices for your storefront.

Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) also applies to the Licensed Application, unless we publish a custom EULA linked from App Store Connect.

Privacy

How we collect and process personal and health data is described in our Privacy Policy. Health data is processed with your explicit consent.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app before they apply. Continued use after that notice means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
